  • Children's International Voices of Enfield's four choirs reflect the wonderful diversity of our Enfield singers. The choir is in its 16th year, during which time it has recorded 3 double CDs, made many tours abroad, including to the Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland and Iceland, and appeared at all the major venues in the UK - the Royal Albert Hall, City of Birmingham Symphony Hall, Royal Academy of Music, Barbican, Festival Hall and The Roundhouse, amongst many others. The Choir aims to sing the best of British music, and has a most impressive library of commissioned works, including some by John Rutter, Betty Roe, Douglas Coombes, Alan Simmons, Peter Hutchings and Sir Peter Maxwell Davies.,The Choir was founded by its Director Dr June Keyte, MBE ARAM, who has recently completed 50 years as Director of Music in Comprehensive and Independent schools.,No auditions are necessary - just a love of and enthusiasm for singing! Children's Younger Voices is for children aged 4 - 8, NYC Singers for ages 8 -14, Children's International Voices for ages 8 - 20+, and the International Voices Chorale is for 14 - 18+.  The choirs rehearse on alternate Sunday afternoons (termtime only) at the Burford Hall, Palmers Green United Reformed Church, Fox Lane N13 4LR.  All children are welcome whatever their age or ability and anybody interested should contact Dr Keyte on 020 8882 7404 for more details., ,
