  • Offwell School Carers And Relatives (OSCAR) is a group made up of parents, teachers and friends of the village School.We offer our time voluntarily to:* help run activities during and outside of the school day* raise money for school funds* support pupils and staff during school time.The majority of the fundraising and social events we organise take place in the village and are well attended by the members of the village and school community.
