Further Description
  • The society is a friendly group of individuals who enjoy the works of Gilbert & Sullivan.  We meet monthly (October to May) in central Manchester and enjoy a varied programme of recitals, talks and presentations on the subject of the operas, their authors and topics of similar interest.  There is no need to be able to sing as we are a non-performing, appreciation society only!  We meet at Cross Street Unitarian Chapel, opposite the Royal Exchange in Manchester.  Nearly all of our meetings are free, and they usually take place on the first Tuesday in the month, but please see our website for full details, or telephone for more information.  All visitors are very welcome to attend a meeting, where you will be made most welcome.
