  • Slimming World has a fantastic plan called food optimising where you are given a list of foods that you can eat freely plus foods which will ensure that you have enough calcium and fibre in your diet. On top of that you are allowed daily syns to use for treats like a bar of chocolate or glass of wine.Registration is £10 and weekly fees are £4.50 with reductions for senior citizens and students and free membership for 11-15 year olds to encourage healthy eating habits.There are special offersa running periodically when you can register for half price.I hold groups on Thursdays in the Congregational Church Hall, Oxford Street, Moreton-in-Marsh 7pm andWednesdays in the Townsend Hall, Sheep Street, Shipston-on-Stour 7pm
