  • Clitheroe Great Days Festival GREAT DAYS ARRIVE EARLY 18TH 19TH & 20TH MAY 2007The Clitheroe Great Days Festival took a decision to bring forward its weekend of music, dance and theatre to coincide with a brand new event in the town. The Clitheroe Festival Weekend will launch on Friday 18th May when Great Days will present a world music event at The St Mary's Centre on Church Brow in Clitheroe and the folowing day it will offer a variety of free events within the grounds of Clitheroe Castle.The organisers will align their concert and street arts activities with attractions being planned bt other local groups.Thee organisations include ribbl Valley Rail, the Clitheroe Beer Festival and Clitheroe- The Future in this co-ordinated celebration of local,national and international arts and culture.The Great Days contribution to the weekend begins on friday 18th May when Cuban 9-piece band Asere and East Yorkshire dabce outfit mambo jambo will perform at the St. Mary's Centre.
