  • We have a lovely village hall that can be hired and is used to promote social events in the village and surrounding area. We can put on afternoon tea for Church walks and host a variety of functions. At the moment top of the list is the Harvest Supper in October and the Horticultual Show in the summer, and the Church and Village Hall bingo every weekend. We have expanded a bit and Buckminster Primary School PTA, held a Barn Dance/ Hoe Down, which was very well attended and a lot of fun, and is holding a Quiz on Friday 23 Feb. The committee is hoping to stage a Motown Disco on 24 March and a race night in Sept 07. Whatch this space.
