  • 29th August 2006West Hyde & Maple CrossWest Hyde is offering a comprehensive programme which is reflective of REYS and Every Child matters Outcomes. In order for the project to become more able to demonstrate their achievements it is important that the project is able to keep records to support this.The printer and copier equipment will:Allow them to copy MIS forms such as:       recorded outcomes       Accreditation       Health and Safety audits       programming planningAt  present these materials are being posted to the office, copied and returned via the postal system - this method is costly and can prove unreliable.The camera and printer equipment and photo paper will allow them to :       Print their own photographs( at present they are using old technology and sending the films away for printing -       a costly, unreliable and time consuming process       Print out extra copies of photos when needed for recorded outcomes and accreditation and publicity       Breakdown ;       PC World      HP Photosmart printer, scannner and copier                 £99.99      HP Photosmart colour and photo print cartridges           £40.00      County Supplies           Kodak C330 digital camera                                         £70.90      Pack of photo paper                                                   £18.50                                                            Total                    £229.39
