  • PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATIONAll parents automatically become members of the PTA when their children are enrolled at school. There is no membership fee. Parents are encouraged to support the PTA as it is of great benefit to the school. As well as giving opportunities for teachers and parents to get to know each other at informal social events, the PTA usually has educational evenings which are used to highlight different aspects of the curriculum and, of course, its fund-raising ventures provide the school with many useful pieces of equipment which, otherwise, we would not be able to afford.The aims of the PTA are to support the social life of the school, to raise funds and to promote co-operation between parents and staff. The current committee comprises 13 parents and two teachers.
