  • THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE OUR ASSOCIATION IS TO LET YOU READ PART OF OUR CONSTITUTION WHICH ACTUALLY EXPLAINS WHAT WE AS AN ASSOCIATION ARE ALL ABOUTTop of Town Community Association             It shall represent members living in Mason Road, Daniels Road, Target Close, Hilltop Close, Gibson Close, Bisley Old Road 136-190 (evens) 87-113 (odds includes 99A, no number 97), Bisley Road 195-209 (odds), Valley View Road, Ridgemont Road in Stroud.The aims of the Association          ·       to encourage everyone in the area to get to know one another·       to create a community spirit·       to improve the area both socially and visually·       to treat everyone equally·       to represent members views to other organisations·       to feed back information to its members·       to fund raise for the benefit of all the residents·       to get young people from its area involved             NB - It cannot get involved in disputes between individuals within its area.
