  • The S.A.F.E JUSTICE FOUNDATION is a national charity that is based in Wakefield, West Yorks.The aims of the charity are to provide help/support and info for uk nationals, be they friends or relatives of anyone who has been killed abroad in an accident.The info ranges from what to do, who to contact, when, where and why at every stage from the moment of the accident through to re-patriation of the deceased and also foreign court procedures including civil/criminal actions and time-limits imposed in each of the EU Countries.We have published a generic based info leaflet, which is distributed through the Foreign Office, ABTA, ATOL, FTO, Police, Coroners and Funeral Directors.Other Charities also distributing this leaflet include BRAKE, SCARD, COMPASSIONATE FRIENDS, SCARD, ROADPEACE AND vICTIM SUPPORT.More detailed info can be found on our website and downloaded as necessary.www.safejustice.orgWe received Charity Registration in Aug 2005.If anyone wants further info/ advice/ or wants to help fundraise or help in any way please contact Alison Miller at:alison@safejustice.orginfo@safejustice.orgReg Charity 1111221
