  • This year we celebrate our 40th Anniversary of running Halsway Manor Society from this wonderful Somerset manorhouse. It is a centre of excellence for English Traditional Folk Music, Dance and Song, as well as other cultures. Regular clubs also meet; sing & play on Sunday, morris dancing- Thursday, playford, contra and folk on Weds. There are residential events most weeks and when available the Manor may be hired for conferences and weddings. In December we have a Christmas and Craft Fair on 4th December; there is an afternoon Harp Concert and an evening Traditional Carol Concert on 11th Dec; a Christmas House Party and a New Year House Party.
