Live band "Meltdown" provides lively, stimulating dance music. All instructions explained by tutor Ron Rudd. All welcome. Entry - �2. Dance etiquette encourages changing partners for each dance and during the dance pattern - ladies may ask gents to dance and no need to bring a partner. Come and give us a try. It really is a most enjoyable way of keeping fit.
