  • The Senior Club plays in Herts Middlesex 2 North and runs two senior teams (1sts and 2nds/Veterans).Training takes place at 7.00 on Tuesday evenings at the Heath Club.The Junior Club runs Mini Rugby from u7 to u12 and Youth Rugby from u13 to u18. Minis train at the Heath on Sunday mornings from 10.30 to 12.00. Youth train or play on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings from 6.00.
