  • The scheme operates in the Springline villages north of Lincoln, and Owmby by Spital, Normanby by Spital and Stow.We aim to help those who because of age, ill health, disability or personal crisis need help with such activities as:  lifts to doctor or dentist company for the lonely a break for a full-time carer help with shopping changing of library books fetching prescriptions small things that good neighbours do for each other helping at village events or with local projects
