  • Who are we?2nd West Kirby Sea Scouts have provided nautical based training for the youth of the area over the last 60 years. Our leadership team provide all their time entirely on a voluntary basis. Many of the leaders are qualified in outdoor pursuits to RYA and BCU Instructor standards including specialist powerboat qualifications and First Aid Certification. What do we do?We assist young persons between the ages of 6 and 14 to achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. This is achieved by providing a balanced programme of new and varied enjoyable activities involving exploring the outdoors, teamwork and taking responsibility with specific emphasis on water based activities.
