Further Description
  • The Stratford-upon-Avon and District Beekeepers Association was founded in about 1935 and currently has around 110 members mainly from the south-west Warwickshire area. Its objects are broadly: to encourage beekeeping, to improve the standard of small-scale honey production and to foster co-operation between beekeepers. Our programme covers a range of educational and social activities based on monthly indoor meetings, generally at St Gregory's Priory, during the winter months and more frequent practical events during the active season, usually at the Associations apiary situated in a local wildlife reserve.See the website for full details, newsletters and much more.
