In Scotland, where the Liberal Democrats are in government, we have abolished tuition fees. It is the Liberal Democrats, who want to see decisions about local hospitals taken by local communities, who have opposed Labour's Foundation Hospital proposals which will only improve some hospitals at the expense of others.And it is the Liberal Democrats who are working to promote a cleaner environment in local communities, so that future generations can still enjoy a good quality of life.Charles Kennedy
