  • We are the British Red Cross, Blackpool Fylde and Wyre and we are here to benefit the local community in a variety of ways. First Aid Training We offer various levels of First Aid training and can come to you if you have the venue, or you can visit us at the training rooms in our new offices at the address below. Public First Aid duties We cover all types public events ( Horse shows, Concerts etc) Medical Loans (wheelchairs, Commodes Etc) we loan out various items of equipment to assist in times of need Skin Camouflage We have qualified practitioners to teach you how to use specialised creams etc to cover such skin conditions as Vitiligo, Scarring, Tattoos etc Conferance and Training facilities We have well equipped accessable rooms and can hold up to 50 people. We include refreshments and buffets on request. Youth Service See our other advert for more details on this service Therapeutic Care In hostpitals and Hospices we operate our Therapeutic care service to ease the burden of the stay in hospital Transport and Escort which runs from our Preston office for more information on this service please contact us. Emergency Response The Redcross supports the statuary services in case of a major incident or accident.
