  • Hurstpierpoint Players were formed in 1936 and have been a thriving group ever since. In 1976 they purchase a large builing in the High Street which was built in the eighteenth century as a Non Conformist Chapel. After a lot of effort by members, this bulding was converted into a small theatre seating 85 people and was renamed The Players Theatre. Hurst Players, as they are known locally, aim to put on 4 or 5 shows every year including a Traditional Pantomime.New members, Acting, Backstage or just Friends of the Players, are always welcome.
