  • ?To foster and encourage musical and dramatic appreciation, education and culture, by promotion and publicising of all participating Amateur Theatre Groups within the Eastern Region. To arrange suitable educational and informative events as may be selected by the Committee at such times and places as the Committee may consider desirable. This is to include an awards ceremony following strict adjudication of performances.?Produce a Directory of amateur theatre companies and a glossary of roles to encourage young people and adults to join in. Provide affordable workshops in rural areas and develop an interactive website.
