  • THE TARBAT COMMUNITY HALL GROUPREGISTERED IN SCOTLAND NO. 249708REGISTERED CHARITY NO. SCO34864The group was formed in May 2003 to purchase and refurbish the Portmahomack Carnegie Hall and Library .The Hall gifted by Andrew Carnegie has served the village of Portmahomack for over 100 years and our ambition is to refurbish the Hall preserving much of the character of this historic building and to develop the facility to meet the needs of future generations.Presently our efforts are focused on fund raising and hopefully obtaining grant aid from trusts and charitable organisations.
