  • Little Abington Parish CouncilMeeting held on Monday 25th November 2002These are some of the decisions made at the meeting:Parish Plan will be produced during the next year together with Great Abington Parish Council.Precept for the year 2003-2004 was set at �10,500, an increase on this year of �1,500. The increase will cover costs of helping the village Institute with essential roof repairs, resurfacing the path to the Recreation Ground, part funding a new street light. The other normal expenditure will cover village and footpath maintenance, bus trips for the elderly, bulb planting, newsletters and annual review, churchyard grass cutting, administration.Tree planting this winter of up to 25 trees on old A11 road and A1307 to replace elderly beech trees.Next meeting: Monday 27th January 2003
