  • Grasmere Players Amateur Dramatic Soc (founded 1948) gives theatrical performances in the summer (generally from Whitsun to mid-July) and around the Christmas period. Performances are generally popular and attract visitors to the Village. There is a youth training scheme in the autumn for local children.
