  • The Wyke Regis Horticultural Society was formed over 75 years ago and has about 1500 members, we have a committee that meets monthly and have a members only shop selling a wide range of gardening supplies which include composts, seeds, fertilisers, garden tools, growing pots, seed trays and many more items, these we sell at just above trade prices, any profits from our sales go toward the upkeep of our premises in Rylands Lane, Wyke Regis. Our main hall is well able to seat 60 people.We hold social evenings throughout the winter months, these cover topical items connected with gardening and horticulture, also we have on these evenings speakers on local wild life, local history, geology etc, inn the summer we arrange coach outings to various places of gardening interest etc.During the year we hold three shows Spring Show in March- Rose and Sweet Pea in June and Summer Show in August.
