  • Every 3 seconds, a child dies of hunger or illness related to poverty! With YOUR help, we can improve those odds! The branch organises highly successful trading events in Cranleigh, Ewhurst and surrounding villages, and is also looking for volunteers interested in* Planning events locally* Being a press promoter - linking with the local press & radio* Organising a Save the Children Week collection (end April-beg May)* 'Speaking Out' about our work to schools and other groups* Acting as an admin angel - preparing twice yearly mailings to our supportersOut-of-pocket expenses can be claimed and training is given as appropriate. Volunteers are also invited to annual conferences and local workshops.
