Harbledown Parish Council aims to manage and maintain Footpaths and Open Spaces, Street Lighting, Highways issues for the Villages of Harbledown, Upper Harbledown and Rough Common.Council meetings are held on the last Monday of the month (excluding August and December) and all members of the public are welcome to attend. Details of times and venues are posted on the Parish Notice Boards in the three villages.
