  • We are a friendly women's group numbering about 24 members only. We meet in the Village Hall on the first Wednesday of each month at 7.30 pm on summer evenings and 2.30 pm in the winter months. The meetings usually consist of "business" for about the first half hour and finish with a speaker/demonstrator. Because we are a small group, new members will never feel like the new girl at school! We also have outings, parties, picnics and a Christmas "do" and husbands are welcome at these events, usually!  We are keen to support local charities and also those further afield (through the main WI).  You will find some of our members also involved in running the VillageHall, local church matters and other village concerns.  New members are always made to feel welcome - an important point!
