  • Kiln Meadow is Elmswell's own wildlife conservation area. It can be reached by footpath from Spong Lane or Kiln Lane. The site is being developed as a refuge for wildlife and an amenity for the village on land owned by Anglian Water. Volunteers manage the site on behalf of the Parish Council and hold regular work parties and surveys.
