  • Llanbedrog Playing Field AppealLlanbedrogPwllheliGwyneddWe are a Group Of Mothers who formed a Committee in November, 2001. Our aim is to re-establish and renovate the Village Playing Field. The Community Council have removed all the old equipment from the field for Health & Safety reasons, leaving our village without recreation amenities for our children.We aim to provide a play area for children of all age groups, and popular request of skateboarding area , together with a green theme area and picnic benches.To-date (28.5.02) we have raised �3,400 and have received a Grant from Cist Gwynedd for �19,000, half way there!!. We have many more events planned for the forthcoming year.We are appealing for help from the community and businesses in either financial, specialised equipment, machinery, labour, venues for events, raffle prizes.If you can help us at all in making a difference to a valuable village amenity we would be pleased to hear from you.Helena Brady/Treasurer 01758-741-051helenabrady@btconnect.com Sharon Tomos/Chairperson 01758-740-002
