  • Volunteers wanted willing to spend time helping others with no reward apart from knowing that you have helped someone else.HELPERS ARE NEEDED TO BECOME: -Trained First Aiders to go on duty at public events.Administrators of Medical loans scheme to issue/deliver/collect/clean/repair/safety check items,Course helpers to clean/tidy/prepare room and course materials and serve refreshments,Carers to carry out all manner of little jobs that need doing for those in the community ie haircutting, shopping, changing library books, collecting prescriptions as well as washing, toiletting and associated nursing care and advice.Fundraisers - we have to be self supporting financially and so need help with stall, tombolas, cofee mornings etc.We are a small friendly group, we work hard but enjoy helping others.
