  • This valuable service has 14 nurses working in the community in North, South and West Dorset, helping patients at home or in hospital. There is also a bereavement support service and social groups for patients. The service is free from the first point of contact. It costs �850,000 a year to operate and all donations and fundraising events are most gratefully appreciated. Donations can be made by VISA or by ringing the Fundraising Office on (01305) 250250
