  • Part of the Toastmasters International Group dedicated to individual development in public speaking.The CLub meest at Bicester ( Innovation Centre Centre, Telford Road) on alternate Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 9.30pmAnybody who ahs to rise to say something at whatever level needs to learn and practise the art of public speaking to be effective.This si perhaps the most cost effective and surest way of doing so. Guests welcome and memberships available at �20 joinig fee and �24 per half year. Suits all person of all ages and backgrounds. Spare seats in cars from Banbury are often available!
