  • Our Group is I beleive the only one to promote Tourism via our unique history in s/w Leicestershire. We shall be at the Burbage Common open day 16 May 2004. We have discovered pre-historic artefacts of national importance,some have been placed in a small picture book sold through academic bookshops including the bookshop in the great court complex in the British Museum, quite an honour for us, some have appeared on B.B.C. T/V and are on file at the Science Museum London. We are hoping to feature same in an Heritage Centre we hope to have in Burbage.If you have found something that thatrelates to the Burbage area you feel is pre-historic and would be interesting to visitors please contact.
