  • Traditional martial arts training for men and women, adults and children (from age 8) for fitness, fun, self confidence, self esteem and self defence. Beginners and experienced martial artists welcome at any time. Every Wednesday night at Holmans Sports Club in Boundervean Lane (200 yards past the Police Station heading towards Praze) from 7.15 pm onwards. First session free of charge.InstructorsRobin Whale (5th Dan) and Fran Long (1st Dan).Fully insured and registered with the Federation of English Karate Organisations and the English Karate Governing Body.Clubs in Camborne, Helston, Devoran, Penryn, Penzance and Exeter.
