  • We are a cadet organisation based at the Airfield. We meet twice a week - Mondays and Thursdays 7-9.30pm. Activities include adventure training - hiking, camp craft, map reading and orienteering; flying - gliding and fixed wing; the opportunity to achieve a BTEC in Aviation Studies and also Public Services; camps to RAF/Navy/Army bases; Duke of Edinburgh's Award; Military and Community parades; community and leadership training with the opportunity to lead other cadets; and many more..We are a military youth training organisation affiliated to the RAF therefore you will be issued with a uniform.The opportunities available to young people are endless - all we ask is for your commitment, your capacity to learn new skills and rise beyond your potential. What you put in is what you get out of it.So, are you up for the challenge?
