  • The club meets four times a week at Palmer Park Stadium, in Reading. Wednesday evening training takes place on the track, starting at 6.30pm with exercises suitable for runners of all standards. Friday evening training is also on the track at 6.30pm. Organised club runs take place on the roads around Reading on Thursday at 7.00pm and Sunday mornings at 9.00am. Throughout the summer, fortnightly pub runs catering for all abilities, allow members to enjoy scenic, off road routes, and great country pubs. Throughout winter, members can enjoy weekend cross-country fixtures as part of a Saturday and Sunday league.
