  • The Fitness League, a well established nationwide exercise network, sponsored by Sport England and Sport Scotland, teaches rhythmic exercise to music. The TFL technique is based on encouraging correct posture which releases the body's potential for good health. Regular practice leads to improved posture, more energy, a toned body, increased muscular strength and flexible joints and better coocrdination and stability. Classes are at Etwall Primary School, Wednesday, 7.30-8.45pm. Cost �3. Classes are fun and varied. All ages and abilities are welcome. Come and join us!
