  • CAB service - borough of Congleton We provide a free, confidential and impartial information and advice service every Thursday between 10 am and 1 pm at St. Lukes Church Hall, Parkway, Holmes Chapel. We are hoping to develop our services and are looking for people with good listening skills to train as volunteer advisers. Anyone interested can contact the volunteer development manager at Congleton Borough CAB. We would especially welcome members of minority ethnic groups, people with caring responsibilities, disabled people and people who identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual.
