  • Since its formation in 1931, Bamford Women?s Institute has always been involved in village activities. We will be entering the fancy dress competition again this year, as well as baking and devising a quiz. Members meet on the second Thursday evening on the month at 7.30 pm n the Moore Memorial Hall, when there is a short business meeting followed by a guest speaker. Members take part in outings and talks organised by the Derbyshire Federation, as well as their own walks and visits to places of interest. New members and visitor are always welcome.
