  • During this class you will learn how to relax your mind and body as well as use creative visualisation techniques to enhance and improve your health and well being.

    Class fee: Adults £4, Children (12-17 years) £3
    every child must be accompanied by an adult)

    No previous experience necessary
    Please wear warm comfortable clothes

    2nd Wednesday of every Month
    7.30pm - 8.30pm
