  • When you join a Dietcare centre you will receive support and advice from your very own personal Diet Advisors, who will see you once a week in a 15 minute consultation. All of the Diet Advisors work on a one to one basis through individual consultations because we realise that everyone is different and the same diet plan won’t suit everyone. Our diets are specifically designed around the individual's needs taking into account their health issues and general food likes and dislikes. As well as this, the diets are based around healthy, real foods that you can easily purchase in a supermarket.
