  • Move your body, free your mind, open your heart. 5 Rhythms dance is a free and expressive form of dance that is open to people of all ages, shapes and sizes. The class is an open class, every week there are people who are complete beginners dancing alongside experienced dancers. All you need to bring is a willingness to move and be moved. The class meets every Sunday of the year (excepting only the Sunday between Christmas and New Year). Doors open at 6.30 for warm up (locked at 7pm when formal teaching begins) and the class ends at 9pm. Cost is £5/£7/£9 depending on income. Come and give us a try!
