    Lose weight, inches, improve self confidence and raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support

    Three local organisations are giving away over £700 in prizes in order to raise money for Cancer Support. Go from flab-to-fab on Monday 22 February, Gymophobics Gym, Stockport. Experts will demonstrate how easily you can achieve your dream figure and improve image and self-esteem. Dietcare, Gymophobics and Alter Ego claim to have over 40 years’ experience helping slimmers lose weight, inches and acquiring the confidence to boost their self-esteem. All will be revealed at their Fun Open Day.

    The organiser, Dietcare, a weight management company, has vast experience tailoring diets to suit individual needs of slimmers. Alyson, Diet Advisor, says, “People struggle with weight because of a slow metabolism or medication. At Dietcare we assess the individual metabolism and provide a diet with foods to speed it up. By offering individual consultations, counselling, motivation and support in private we achieve amazing results without gimmicks or hunger pangs”.

    Jo from Gymophobics says, “If you hate gyms, you will enjoy Gymophobics. Women of all ages can come along to our friendly, informal gym (not a treadmill in sight) to have an exercise programme designed for their ease and comfort, no matter what fitness level or size they may be.     Alter Ego’s Debbie is a professional image consultant and coach, giving advice on which colours flatter you.
