  • Village Voice Wellington Heath for Friday 26th February 2010
    It’s that time again for the Ceillidh night with the ‘Ringerike Band’ on Saturday 27th February between 7.30 and 11 00p.m so get on your dancing shoes and make this a night to remember. Tickets are £6 adults, £3 for children or £15 for family ticket. This will include a hot and cold buffet. A bar will also be available on the night. If you are interested and want to reserve tickets please ring Lucy Hill on 01531 632707. Payment can also be made at the door.
    A Memorial Hall Committee Meeting will be held on Monday 1st March at 8.00 p.m.
    A reminder to you all that the Mobile Library will be visiting the Memorial Hall car park on Wednesday 3rd March 11.30 – 11.55 a.m.
    On Friday 5th March at 7.30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall Robin Coates, Jan Dyer, Nic Harrington and Ginny Lee will be talking about ‘Transition’, what this means and the practical steps that you and your local community can take to create a sustainable future in the light of climate change and a post-oil world.
