  • Like minded individual wanted: to share a 4 bed house with 3 very clean and tidy graduate students, in the quiet village of South Mimms. The house over looks fields and has 2 lovely pubs nearby. Very commuter friendly with the M25 and A1 less than 1mile away. London Colney, which has Sainsburys, M&S, Next, Accessorise, Sports Direct and Boots is only a 5 min drive away. College is also a 5min drive away or a 10-15 min cycle (depending on cycling speed!). The house itself has four bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. There is also an outside toilet and an outside freezer storage room as well as a shed- so plenty of storage space! Front and back garden with the amenities to have BBQs during the summer. The house is owned by myself so any problems can be readily attended to without the annoying situation of having to contact an llusive landlord! As for parking, there is unlimited road parking near the house.
