    My client a successful company based in the heart of Brentwood are looking for a telemarketer to join their team. They are a great company to work for in walking distance of Brentwood train station and with great transport links. My client offers very nice offices and a good working environment.
    Please be aware when applying for this role that there is no free car parking on site at this client so if you drive to work you will have to take the cost of parking into consideration.
    This position is to work along side the marketing department helping them to keep their client database up to date. You will be required to call their existing and new/potential clients and check that the information on file is correct or create a new file for them. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE. My client is purely looking for someone to help update their system with the correct information and have the ability to cold call companies to find out who the right person is to speak too. You will be expected to make about 100 calls a day and enter the correct details onto their database.
    Although this position is not a sales role someone who has worked in a telesales environment as well as telemarketing before would be ideal.
    If you are confident and have an excellent telephone manner, this could be the perfect role for you. This position is initially on a temporary basis until the end of November 2010. My client is flexible and they would consider someone on a full time basis or two people who would rather work part time on a job share basis. The hours needed to be filled are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
    Only candidates with previous telesales or telemarketing experience will be contacted. If you have call centre experience you will also be considered however ideally you need to prove that you have dealt with cold calling in the past.
