Further Description
  • The Bridlington Guide Dogs Branch is appealing for people who live locally and would be interested in joining a successful fundraising branch and joining in with all the fun while raising vital funds for the charity.

Involvement could be helping out at local events, social evenings, quiz nights, flag days, supermarket collections, marathons and much, much more…….you’re sure to enjoy it!

If you could spare any amount of time from one hour a month to one day a week please get in touch. No matter how little time you think you might have it will all help achieve the goals of your local branch.

Rebekah Shepherd from Guide Dogs said: “Volunteering is hugely rewarding. Not only do you know you are helping make a positive difference to the lives of visually-impaired people, it is a great way to get involved with and meet others in your local community.”

“You don’t need any previous experience to volunteer with us – just a willingness to help out and get involved with your community.”

If you think you could help or would like to know more, please contact the Guide Dogs Volunteering Team on 0845 371 771 or email volunteer@guidedogs.org.uk
