  • Deeping St James Angling Club hold fishing rights on the River Welland through the Deepings and beyond Crowland to Four Mile Bar. We also have stretches of the River Nene at Stibbington and Wansford plus a lake also at Wansford with Carp(28lb),tench and bream. Membership to the club cost adult £22, concession £12 and day tickets on the bank £4, Wansford is members only.The lake at Wansford requires a seperate permit costing £25,concession £15 and are only available to existing club members.The club holds matches most Sundays throughout the season.Membership books are available at Callows in the Market Square, Market Deeping or at local Fishing Tackle shops.
