Briar Steasding is a luxury cottage with 1 king size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The cottage is very spacious with an open plan living area including a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. There is a wood burniing stove in the lounge area and full length patio doors and windows that open on to the most magnificent south facing view of Loch Earn. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Little Briar is a pet friendly compact cottage with 1 double and 1 twin room plus a bathroom with an electric shower. There is a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The holiday cottages are elevated within the three acre landscaped gounds of the owners 300 year old b list thatched cottage. Hosts Kim and Fraser Proven will welcome you and aim to ensure that your holiday is a happy, comfortable and pleasurable experience. Guests can fish from the loch garden in season and moor a small boat after launching from the slipway. The spacious paddock area at the back of the cottage is an ideal run around for children and pets and a great sledging area in snowy winters. The top of the garden offers sensational views with a stream cascading down one side. Close to 2 hotels and two water sports centres, Lochearnhead villae also has a shop, post office and cafe. This is an excellent central location for touring Scotland. Ideal for golf, fishing, walking, cycling and water sports enthusiasts. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy and the area is steeped in history. This is a romantic spot with breathtaking views where people are able to relax.
