  • EXTEND is gentle exercise to music for people over sixty and for people who are less able of any age. Participants are encouraged to increase their mobility and independence by improving their strength, co-ordination and balance. This is a mostly seated class and new members can try a class for just £1. New members will be made very welcome and encouraged to work at their own pace and have fun moving to music. We meet at 1 45 on most Mondays, but best to phone me on 01493 748830 to confirm dates.
